A little house in the mountains
What looks like most other little chalets from the outside, has some fantastic Japanese style architecture inside. If ever you intend of doing up a house like this in the mountains, you should look here for inspiration. The architects are Magdalena Rausser and Jürg Zulauf from Bern, Switzerland, - working from a clear idea by the owners.
Other than the great architecture, another great aspect is that the house is situated in the most beautiful surroundings, between Mürren and Gimmelwald. There were chamois (Gemsen) grasing just below the house this morning.
Besides, there's the spectacular view on the massive mountainside of the Schwarzmönch opposite - like you see from Mürren. A spot of paradise just there.
